Conference

The Association of Business Managers in Victorian State Schools (ABMVSS) holds an Annual Conference each year for our members.   Usually the program commences on a Wednesday afternoon and concludes on the Friday afternoon.   The conference program is developed by Business Managers, for Business Managers.

Our focus changes annually and is directed at the continued development of our Members.

Delegates are able to tailor their professional learning by choosing their sessions for the Thursday conference program.  Sessions include up to date information on issues currently affecting Business Managers, HR and Finance Professionals working in Schools .   The conference may address issues Grant application writing, Technology, Health & Wellbeing, Industry specific sessions and more!

A trade show is held concurrently with the conference which provides access to the latest information on resources available to schools in Victoria.

Each year we hold a Gala Dinner on the Thursday evening which is a themed event.  In 2012 the theme will be Winter Wonderland, we invite you to dress up in the theme of the evening, this is purely optional and what each participant feels comfortable with.   Please explore our gallery for photos from previous events.
